Sapori So(g)nanti – Awaiting Pomaria in Livo

An evening of taste among the villages of the Val di Non

Sapori So(g)nanti is the event that the small municipality of Livo, in the province of Trento (Trentino-Alto Adige), is dedicating to the fruits of its land on Friday, July 31, 2026. This is not a standalone festival, but one of the four traveling summer stops designed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pomaria, the historic PDO apple festival of the Val di Non that changes host village every year.

The "20 Years of Pomaria" project

To celebrate the twentieth anniversary, the Val di Non Tourism Board has envisioned a true passing of the baton between the four towns that rotate as hosts for Pomaria. The summer of 2026 is thus divided into four widespread evenings: Denno (July 25) and Cles (July 27) with "Between Earth and Sky," Livo (July 31) with "Sapori So(g)nanti," and finally Casez (August 7) with "Sips in Casez." Each stop anticipates the atmosphere of the great autumn festival, which in 2026 will return to Casez on October 17 and 18 for its twentieth edition.

What to find in Livo

The Livo evening showcases the food and wine richness of the Val di Non and Val di Sole. Among the streets and squares of the village, you can taste and purchase authentic local products:

A twentieth anniversary spread across the territory

The traveling format perfectly captures the spirit of Pomaria: a festival that does not belong to a single town but to the entire Val di Non. By bringing one of the twentieth-anniversary evenings to Livo, the event also highlights the smaller villages of the valley, involving local Pro Loco associations, producers, and communities in a calendar that accompanies the public from summer until the main event in October.
