Weinfest of ASV Tramin Football

A wine festival brought to you by the Tramin community

The Weinfest of ASV Tramin Football is the autumn highlight where the football club of Tramin an der Weinstraße, in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano (South Tyrol), opens its doors to members, supporters, residents, and visitors alike. It is a classic South Tyrolean Vereinsfest: an event organized by a local association, where proceeds support the club's activities and strengthen the bond between sport and the community.

Wine, flavors, and conviviality at the Festplatz

The evening is held at the village's covered Festplatz, a sheltered event space that ensures the celebration goes on regardless of the weather. Starting at 5:30 PM, guests can stroll between stalls to sample wines from Tramin producers, the home of the renowned Gewürztraminer—a selection of labels that showcases one of the most celebrated terroirs in South Tyrol. To accompany your glass, you will find a variety of South Tyrolean specialties, ranging from hearty snacks to traditional dishes, perfect for an extended aperitif that flows into dinner.

Music and village atmosphere

The festival is set to the backdrop of musical entertainment, creating the convivial atmosphere typical of the villages along the Wine Road. It is a wonderful opportunity to gather, chat, and actively support the social life of Tramin: the Weinfest was born as a gesture of solidarity toward the club, the local area, and the village community.

Tramin, heart of the Wine Road

Tramin is one of the iconic villages of the Südtiroler Weinstraße (South Tyrolean Wine Road) and gives its name to the Traminer/Gewürztraminer grape. Attending the football club's Weinfest means experiencing the village from the inside, amidst vineyards, wineries, and the warm hospitality of its people. Admission to the festival is free.
