An aperitif with a castle view

There is a place in Ragogna from which the gaze sweeps over the course of the Tagliamento river and the morainic hills of Friuli: the Castle of San Pietro, an ancient fortress that dominates the valley. It is here that the Pro Loco Ragogna APS has created Note di Gusto - Tramonto in Castello, an evening that combines food and wine, panorama, and music at sunset.

A journey of taste

The heart of the event is a limited-capacity tasting journey: local products reinterpreted in a contemporary style, accompanied by a selection of regional wines and beers. Among the offerings by Pro Loco, the Ragognocco, the vegan sandwich Ragovega, and the Btc Burger stand out, in a menu that plays with Friulian tradition and reinterprets it creatively.

Music, vinyl, and shows

The atmosphere is curated in every detail: the sunset aperitif opens the evening, accompanied by live jazz music (in 2025, the Uboot Organ Jazz trio) and spectacular shows such as the fire-eater. From the later hours, the party continues with the retro vinyl of the DJ and a cocktail bar with creative drinks paired with the dishes, to end the evening on a light note under the castle walls.

A young tradition

Born in 2025, Note di Gusto has already become one of the most evocative events of the Ragogna summer, capable of enhancing the Ragogna Castle as a setting for quality events. Promoted by Pro Loco Ragogna APS with the Municipality of Ragogna, it demonstrates how a village in the middle of Friuli can transform its historical and landscape heritage into a refined gastronomic experience.
