The historic Friulian living fair
With its first edition in 1953, Casa Moderna is the historical matrix of exhibition activities in Udine and the region: the most important living fair in the North-East. Every autumn, the Friuli Campus, Udine's exhibition centre, welcomes thousands of visitors looking for ideas, solutions, and trends for their homes.
The entire universe of the home
Furniture, systems, materials, technologies, energy saving, safety, home automation, eco-sustainable living: Casa Moderna embraces every aspect of domestic life. With its rebranding and new slogan "Solutions for living better", the fair has confirmed itself as the beating heart of the living world in Friuli Venezia Giulia, capable of adapting to changes and anticipating innovations and trends.
Saperi&Sapori FVG
For several editions, Casa Moderna has been held in synergy with Saperi&Sapori FVG, the exhibition dedicated to regional craftsmanship and food and wine excellences, organised by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, PromoTurismoFVG, Udine Esposizioni, trade associations, and the Chamber of Commerce. A formula that combines the best of living and local flavours, with steadily growing public success.
An event for the whole region
With exhibition pavilions, outdoor areas, meetings, demonstrations, and tastings, Casa Moderna is much more than a trade fair: it is a meeting point that tells the story of Friuli's way of life and construction, with exhibitors from all over Italy, Slovenia, and abroad.

The 73rd edition over two weekends
Casa Moderna 2026 doubles up: the 73rd edition takes place over two weekends, from October 2nd to 5th and from October 9th to 12th, 2026, at the Friuli Campus in Udine. Simultaneously, the 3rd edition of Saperi&Sapori FVG returns, the exhibition dedicated to regional craftsmanship and food and wine excellences.
Over 180 exhibitors are expected: around 150 companies in the home and living sector and about forty craft and agri-food businesses from Friuli Venezia Giulia, spread across the pavilions and outdoor areas of the exhibition centre.

How to get there
The Friuli Campus (Udine Esposizioni) is located at via della Vecchia Filatura 10, on the outskirts of Udine, well connected to the main road network and equipped with ample parking.
Tickets
Entrance fee (around 5 euros); free for children aged 0-13, people with disabilities and their companions, and registered members of FVG professional associations (architects, engineers, surveyors, industrial experts).
Opening hours
