Ein Prosit is now one of the most interesting haute cuisine festivals in the world: an event that attracts Michelin-starred chefs, producers, journalists, and enthusiasts from every continent.

The 27th edition
Ein Prosit returns in 2026 with its 27th edition, confirming Udine as the international capital of haute cuisine. The festival takes place in the historic city center in October, with a succession of "events within the event": "Le Cene" by Michelin-starred and world-renowned chefs, tastings, flavor workshops, food trucks, and gourmet encounters.
