About UdinEstate

UdinEstate is the summer program for the city of Udine: from late May to September, concerts, shows, and events liven up Piazzale del Castello and Stadio Friuli. A collective showcase that brings together the main cultural operators of the city to accompany Udine's summer.

Udine's Summer, in a Single Program

UdinEstate is the umbrella under which the Municipality of Udine gathers the city's major summer season of concerts, shows, and events into a single program. Approved by the City Council, the showcase runs from late May to September and integrates the offerings of Udine's main cultural operators, providing citizens and tourists with a rich and coordinated season.

The Castle and Stadio Friuli, Epicenters of Music

The two main venues for the showcase are the Piazzale del Castello, the primary location for concerts in its panoramic setting on the hill, and the Stadio Friuli, which hosts major music events. Dozens of events that liven up the city's summer revolve around these spaces, with a particular concentration between June and July.

A Network of Cultural Realities

UdinEstate is born from the collaboration between various local entities: among the organizers involved are Zenit, VignaPR, Folkest, and Udin&Jazz, each with its own programming that flows into the unified schedule. The result is a summer that ranges from major pop music to jazz, from folk to shows for all audiences.

Experiencing Summer in Udine

For those visiting Friuli during the summer months, UdinEstate is the perfect guide to discovering the city after sunset: a concert under the Castle, an evening in the city center among the taverns and squares, the lively atmosphere of a capital city that doesn't slow down in the summer. The program, approved annually, is announced by the Municipality and organizers in the weeks preceding the season's start.

UdinEstate — edition 2026

The 2026 edition of UdinEstate, approved by the City Council, runs from May 30 to September with concerts and events at Piazzale del Castello and Stadio Friuli, bringing together Zenit, VignaPR, Folkest, and Udin&Jazz.

The 2026 edition of UdinEstate kicks off on May 30 and continues until September. The main venue for concerts is the Piazzale del Castello; major music events are held at the Stadio Friuli. The program, concentrated mainly between June and July, gathers the offerings from Zenit, VignaPR, Folkest, and Udin&Jazz.
