In the heart of the Langa del Dolcetto, the town of Dogliani (Cuneo province, Piedmont) dedicates an autumn evening to the enovaghi: tireless explorers, contemplators, and lovers of the good life, always in search of splendid cellars and good company. The Itinerario dell'Enovago is a roving food and wine event that, in the period following the harvest, transforms local farms into places of celebration, tasting, and music.

Vigils in the cellars

The heart of the event is the vigils in the cellar: some of the most representative wineries in Dogliani open their doors to welcome visitors with long tables, traditional Langhe dishes, and glasses of Dogliani DOCG, the signature wine of this land made from the Dolcetto grape. Each winery offers its own menu and entertainment, making the evening a true "journey through the Langhe," from stop to stop.

Cisrà and traditional flavors

The absolute star of the evening is Cisrà, the chickpea and tripe soup that represents one of the most iconic dishes of Dogliani and Langhe cuisine. Alongside Cisrà, the wineries serve local specialties such as tajarin with meat sauce, agnolotti del plin, bagna càuda, braised meats, and traditional desserts, accompanied by wines from the producers of the Bottega del Vino.

Music and atmosphere

Each stop features live musical performances, ranging from swing and blues to pop music and DJ sets, which liven up the evenings and accompany the tastings in a convivial atmosphere. Visitors are free to choose their own itinerary and move independently between the cellars, creating their preferred route.
