As the name suggests, the highlight of the festival is barbecued meat: sausages, ribs, chops, and specialties cooked over the coals and served hot directly to guests. Location
The festival takes place at the sports field of the Passatempo hamlet, in Osimo (AN), in the Marche region.
How to get there
By car: from Osimo center, Passatempo can be reached in a few minutes by following the signs for the hamlet; ample parking is available near the sports field. By train: the reference station is Osimo-Castelfidardo, connected to the Adriatic line, from which you can continue by car or bus. Nearest airport: Ancona-Falconara, about 30 km away.
Admission
Free admission to the festival area. Payment is by consumption at the food stall.
Tips
The stalls generally open in the evening: it is advisable to arrive early to find a seat on evenings with high attendance, especially on Saturdays.
