Mostre d'Arte Estate a Sirolo

A series of exhibitions in the village overlooking the Conero

Every summer, the Municipality of Sirolo, a small village in the Province of Ancona overlooking the Adriatic and nestled in the Conero Park, dedicates an entire season to visual arts. The "Mostre d'Arte Estate" exhibition brings together under a single program the exhibitions that animate the town's cultural spaces from late June to early September: painting, sculpture, photography, graphics, and installations alternate in Sirolo's historic halls, transforming the center into a widespread exhibition route to be discovered while strolling through the alleys.

The charm of this exhibition lies in its dialogue with the village. The works are set up in the town's reclaimed spaces, such as the ancient deconsecrated church now used as an exhibition venue and the Palazzo del Parco complex, which the Municipality uses as a cultural hub after careful restoration. Visiting the exhibitions thus becomes an opportunity to also discover Sirolo's medieval architecture, its small squares, and the viewpoints that open onto the sea and the Conero coast.

The "Mostre d'Arte" are part of a particularly dense cultural season: the Municipality of Sirolo offers over two hundred summer events each year, including concerts, theater performances, open-air cinema series, family entertainment, and major Italian music and entertainment stars. The exhibitions offer a more intimate and contemplative counterpoint to this ferment, inviting the public to a slow pause dedicated to art and beauty.
