The event was born around Vulcano il Fuoco, a specialist retailer of wood-fired ovens, barbecues, stoves, and fireplaces located in Contrada Melaco along the S.P.26 road, and in just a few editions, it has become a benchmark for those who love outdoor cooking and dining.

The common thread of the fair is open-fire cooking, ranging from traditional ovens to the most modern barbecue techniques. It is a day designed to enhance conviviality and the pleasure of gathering around the fire, a symbol of Mediterranean culture and tradition. During the event, the space transforms into an immersive experience filled with aromas, flames, and flavors.

The program revolves around several key moments:
