For two consecutive weekends, the Circolo Arci of Pelago, located in Piazza Lorenzo Ghiberti, transforms into a great meeting point to rediscover the genuine flavors of the local farming and hunting traditions.

The festival menu focuses on typical dishes from the Florentine Mountains, prepared according to home-style recipes. Specialties include:
