The Paella Festival at Parco Le Sughere

The Paella Festival is one of the most anticipated events in the summer calendar at Parco Le Sughere, the green space of the Circolo Il Risorgimento located in the Quattro Strade area of Bientina, in the province of Pisa. For two weekends in July, the park's outdoor area transforms into a large restaurant under the stars, where the absolute star is paella, the famous Spanish one-pot dish that has also conquered Tuscan tables.

A dish to share

The kitchen is run by Piranha Street Food, a team specialized in preparing paella in large pans (paelleras) cooked in plain sight, according to Iberian tradition. Alongside the paella, the food stand offers the essential fried fish, to be enjoyed hot and crispy. The format is the typical one of Tuscan festivals: generous portions, affordable prices, and a family-friendly atmosphere that invites you to sit at the long tables in the park and share dinner with friends and neighbors.

Music and dancing under the stars

The Paella Festival is not just about good food. Every evening is accompanied by live music: various orchestras take turns on the dance floor set up next to the dining area, giving guests the chance to dance to ballroom and traditional folk rhythms.
