PaCentro del Mondo 2026
The 2026 edition of PaCentro del Mondo will be held from July 24 to 26 in Pacentro (AQ), between the former Convent of the Minori Osservanti and the historic center spaces. Three days combining wine, nature, and haute cuisine in the setting of the Majella National Park.
The festival confirms itself as an immersive journey through flavors and territory, with experiences designed to tell the story of the Peligna Valley through international collaborations.

2026 Program
- Friday, July 24 — from 4:00 PM: collective tasting of wines from small Italian and French producers (entry €25).
- Saturday, July 25 — 9:30 AM: guided excursion at altitude in the Majella National Park with "shepherd's breakfast" (€25, mandatory booking); in the afternoon, opportunity to try the Majella Zipline (10% discount for participants). 7:30 PM: exclusive dinner with Japanese chef Kaori Endo (Kokomi, Paris) in dialogue with Champagne Fleury, in the presence of producer Morgan Fleury (€130, limited seats).
- Sunday, July 26 — 10:00 AM: traditional breakfast at the historic Bar da Gigi in Piazza del Popolo, followed by urban trekking through the village alleys (€8). 1:30 PM: convivial lunch at La Fonte restaurant for final toasts and farewells.

How to get there
Pacentro (AQ) can be reached by car from the Sulmona motorway exit (A25), just a few kilometers from the village. The reference railway station is Sulmona, well-connected to Rome and Pescara; from there, you can continue by car or local transport.
