Organized by LoveLanghe, a group with over twenty years of experience in promoting the Langhe and Roero regions, the evening is designed for those who want to discover the area through its finest products while meeting the people who create them.

Short-chain tastings

The heart of the event is a free tasting tour, part of the Love Map – Trame di Territorio project. It is a unique opportunity to sample short-chain products and authentic flavors, from wine to the famous Tonda Gentile hazelnut of the Langhe, as well as fresh produce from local farms. It is a direct and convivial way to experience the gastronomic culture of Alta Langa, a landscape defined by woods, vineyards, and hazelnut groves that make it one of the most picturesque areas in Piedmont.

Castino, a village of Alta Langa

Castino is a rural town with a strong agricultural heritage, nestled among hills covered in hazelnut groves and vineyards. Its name is said to derive from the numerous chestnut woods surrounding the town, and the territory preserves sites of interest such as the parish church of San Nicolao and the monastery. This authenticity makes the evening an ideal experience for those seeking slow tourism, far from crowded destinations and deeply rooted in Langhe tradition.

Dinner at Pavaglione 2.5

Those who wish to can complete the evening with a dinner by reservation at Pavaglione 2.5, featuring a menu that highlights the iconic dishes of Langhe cuisine: hand-cut beef tartare, tajarin with meat sauce, and hazelnut cake.
