The first edition, dedicated to Bagnet Verd—the iconic green sauce of Piedmontese cuisine—transforms the village into a flavor arena where teams of enthusiasts compete to craft one of the region's most beloved recipes.

Entries are evaluated anonymously by a panel of experts to ensure an impartial judgment.
