HOTEL — International Hotel and Catering Trade Fair is the benchmark event for the hotel and catering industry in the Alpine region, organized by Fiera Bolzano SpA / Messe Bozen AG at the Bolzano exhibition center, the capital of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano in Trentino-Alto Adige. Established in 1977, the fair has become the most important hospitality event in Northeast Italy, serving as a privileged meeting point for supply and demand in a sector that represents a true pillar of the South Tyrolean economy.

A professional trade fair of great scope

Each edition attracts over 400 exhibitors and approximately 19,000 professional visitors from the hotel, restaurant, and supply industries. The product categories cover the entire hospitality supply chain: interior design and furnishings, kitchen and catering equipment, wellness areas, food and wine products, professional cleaning and hygiene, and digital solutions and management software for accommodation facilities.
