The festival was established in 2025 to seal the town's official entry into the Città dell'Olio national network, an association bringing together over 500 Italian municipalities linked to olive-growing culture. For two days, the historic center transforms into a vibrant stage, spanning Piazza Sant'Antonio Abate and Via Umberto, where the 'green gold' of Etna takes center stage.

Flavor, Tradition, and Community

The heart of the festival lies in the bond between the oil and the rural identity of the Etna area. Along the town's streets, you will find show cooking, street food featuring local delicacies like warm ricotta, hanging cheeses, homemade desserts, and of course, local extra virgin olive oil, alongside craft stalls.
