Cocktail Fest is the grand festival dedicated to mixology and the art of mixed drinks that transforms the historic center of La Spezia, in Liguria, into a journey of taste every spring. The city's bars and venues showcase their creativity with signature cocktails, in an event that is also an opportunity to promote the culture of conscious drinking.
Cocktails that tell the territory
Each edition is guided by a theme that inspires the bartenders' creations. Among the most curious proposals are cocktails based on marine ingredients - mussels, anchovies, seaweed, basil - which reinterpret the flavors of the Gulf of Poets in a mixed drink key. Each venue presents signature creations, often in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.
More than just a tasting
Cocktail Fest is not just about tastings: the program includes masterclasses, guest nights with professional mixologists, experiences for the public, and moments of in-depth discussion on drinking culture. A jury of experts accompanies the event, evaluating the creations of the participating venues.
Taste and sustainability
The event also focuses on sustainability, with initiatives related to recycling and support for environmental projects. An event that combines conviviality, quality, and attention to the territory, confirming La Spezia as a city capable of enhancing its food and wine scene.
Cocktail Fest — edition 2026
The 15th edition of Cocktail Fest kicks off the 2026 tour from La Spezia, from May 29 to 31, in the historic center with the official stand in Piazza Beverini. The theme is "Local Culture": bartenders create cocktails that tell the identity of the territory.
Eleven venues - Emporium, Nomad, Accanto, Doc Giardini, Vibe, Viva La Vida, Dalla Contessa, Terminus, Trigramma, J. Gatsby, and Acqua Pool - each present two creations, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic. The jury consists of Michele Venturini, Sonia Elia, and Igor Tuliach.

- Tasting of signature cocktails at the 11 participating venues
- Each venue offers two territory-themed creations, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic (also with marine ingredients: mussels, anchovies, seaweed, basil)
Saturday, May 30
- 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Masterclass on aromatized wines
- Guest night with professional bartenders
- 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Consumer experience with lottery at Acqua Pool
Sustainability initiative: 0.05 euros donated to Legambiente for every recycled paper cup.

How to get there
The historic center of La Spezia is reachable on foot from La Spezia Centrale station and from the A12 motorway. The official stand is located in Piazza Beverini.
Tickets
Access to tastings is subject to a fee, with a ticket of approximately 20 euros purchasable online (cocktailfest.it) or on-site, which entitles you to tastings at participating venues.
