Opera in the Cinque Terre village

The Vernazza Opera Concerts are a series of opera concerts held in Vernazza, in the province of La Spezia, within the Cinque Terre National Park. Organized by Cinque Terre Riviera, they offer a musical evening every Wednesday in the Oratory of Santa Marta, a charming historic space in the village.

An hour of great repertoire

Each concert lasts about an hour and is dedicated to the operatic and lyrical repertoire, with piano accompaniment by Maestro Cesare Goretta. The intimate size of the oratory creates a direct connection between performers and audience, enhancing the voice and music in a acoustically contained environment, free from the dispersion of large theaters.

All summer long, from May to October

The series accompanies the tourist season of the Cinque Terre: concerts are held weekly from May to October, with a break in August. It is a precious opportunity to enrich a visit to Vernazza with a cultural experience, an alternative to just beach and landscape tourism.
