CesenaINbolla, the sparkling wine festival in Romagna

CesenaINbolla Taste & Wine Festival is one of the most anticipated food and wine events of the Romagna winter. Every February, the exhibition center of Cesena Fiera, in the Municipality of Cesena (province of Forlì-Cesena, in Emilia-Romagna), welcomes producers, restaurateurs, wine merchants, and enthusiasts for two days entirely dedicated to wine, with a special focus on high-quality sparkling wines.

A journey into the Classic Method

The heart of the event is Classic Method sparkling wines, presented in their most prestigious expressions. Tastings include the great Italian denominations such as Franciacorta, Trento DOC, Alta Langa, and Oltrepò Pavese, alongside French Champagne, Crémant, and Spanish Cava. Still wines — whites, reds, and rosés — are also featured, completing a panorama that showcases the full variety of Italian and international wine.

Romagna takes center stage

While having a national scope, CesenaINbolla reserves a leading role for the territory: dozens of Romagna wineries bring their labels to the fair, with a representation that has grown significantly in recent years thanks to collaboration with the Romagna delegation of independent winemakers. It's a precious opportunity to discover how the hills between Cesena, Forlì, and Rubicone can also produce quality wines.

Not just sparkling wine: the Taste & Wine Festival

The evolution of the format has led to the addition of the subtitle Taste & Wine Festival, emphasizing the gastronomic dimension of the event. Alongside the tasting counters, selected food operators offer cheeses, cured meats, chocolate, and other delicacies, designed to accompany and enhance wine pairings.

An event for professionals and enthusiasts

CesenaINbolla was created as a fair reserved for Ho.Re.Ca. operators — restaurateurs, hoteliers, owners of wine shops and wine bars — who find an ideal opportunity here to update their wine lists and meet producers directly. However, a limited number of daily passes are also reserved for sommeliers and wine lovers, allowing them to experience the event's atmosphere up close.

Cesena Fiera, an accessible venue

The Cesena Fiera venue, located on via Dismano, offers ample exhibition space and a convenient location, just a few minutes from the highway exit and the historic center of Cesena. For visitors, the event is also an excellent opportunity to discover the Malatestian heritage, from the famous Malatestiana Library to the Rocca (fortress), and to immerse themselves in the food and wine culture of Romagna.
