Organized by the Consorzio Levico Terme in Centro with the support of the Valsugana Lagorai Tourist Board, the event draws visitors from across Trentino and beyond, turning the town's streets and squares into an open-air culinary trail.

The stars of the show are the traditional Trentino products: freshly harvested mushrooms and chestnuts, mountain dairy cheeses, cured meats, autumn desserts, honey, and preserves. Everything is paired with the best wines and spirits of the region, from grappas to artisanal liqueurs.
