Gourmet evenings among the vines at the organic Maso Noàl farm in Pochi di Salorno
The Apericena at Maso Noàl is a series of gourmet evenings held at the Noàl Organic Farm, located in the village of Pochi di Salorno, within the municipality of Salorno sulla strada del vino (Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige). The farm sits at an altitude of about 500 meters, inside the Monte Corno Nature Park and along the Dürer Trail, set against a backdrop of vines, vegetable gardens, and woods that frame every event.
Established in 2018 as a small family farm, the Noàl estate is managed by Alfeo, Elisabetta, Alice, and Simone. They cultivate medicinal herbs, edible flowers, vegetables, and rare fruits using strictly organic methods, avoiding pesticides and relying on manual labor. Their fields yield herbal teas, aromatic salts, flower syrups, chutneys, and a harvest of wild herbs such as dandelion, nettle, chicory, and salad burnet. This philosophy of handmade quality and respect for the seasons is the common thread running through these evenings.
Each event begins with a guided tour of the farm to discover the crops, herbs, and field flowers, followed by an apericena served among the vines with a panoramic view of the valley. The menu includes sparkling wine, appetizers, a warm dish, and a dessert, all inspired by the season and enhanced with edible flowers and field aromatics. The atmosphere is one of leisure and conviviality, in direct dialogue with the surrounding nature.
The 2026 edition features three evenings, each dedicated to a seasonal theme: Herbs in the field, herbs on the plate (June 20), featuring rituals linked to the summer solstice; Dinner with flowers (July 18), a sensory immersion dedicated to edible flowers; and Vegetables from the garden (August 1), focusing on seasonal produce. The events take place even in case of bad weather.
An event designed for those who love fine dining, biodiversity, and the authentic landscapes of the Lower Atesina, between the Wine Road and the Monte Corno Nature Park.
