The Wild Boar Festival is one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the spring in the municipality of Montespertoli, located in the heart of the Florentine Chianti, in the province of Florence, Tuscany. Now in its 34th edition, the event is deeply rooted in local hunting culture: originally founded years ago in Certaldo, the festival is organized by the historic Canard-Fiorentina hunting team, which has made it a benchmark for game cuisine enthusiasts.

Wild boar in all its forms

The absolute star of the festival is the wild boar, prepared according to traditional Tuscan recipes. The rich and generous menu guides visitors from appetizers to dessert with simple, flavorful dishes.
