The heart of the event is the floral and nursery fair, with over a thousand square meters of exhibition space along Via Verdi and in the town's squares. Here, about one hundred and twenty companies in the sector offer flowers, plants, seeds, garden ceramics, and green-themed items. Admission is completely free, and the organizers provide services designed for visitors, such as a shuttle service with an 'ape calessino' (tuk-tuk) and the loan of wheelbarrows to transport purchases.

Beyond the plants, Castello in Fiore offers a rich program of events distributed between the 'squares of taste' and the historic sites of the village. There is no shortage of tastings of extra virgin olive oil from the Monti Pisani, workshops on organic honey and biodiversity, concerts by roaming bands, aerial dance performances, art exhibitions, and ceramic displays.
