About Cenaia Fair

Every September, the village of Cenaia, a district of Crespina Lorenzana in the province of Pisa, transforms into a bustling open-air market. The Cenaia Fair is a traditional village event that fills Via Vittorio Veneto and the town squares with market stalls, craft markets, typical Tuscan products, and food stands. It is a day of celebration for the whole family, featuring live music, children's entertainment, and the flavors of local rustic cuisine, with free admission.

A fair that brings the village of Cenaia to life

The Cenaia Fair is one of the most anticipated events in the September calendar of Crespina Lorenzana, in the province of Pisa, located in the heart of the Terre di Pisa in Tuscany. For an entire day, the village of Cenaia, the most populous district of the municipality, dresses up for the occasion: the streets and squares of the center fill with stalls and people, creating one of the most traditional village fairs in the area.

Market, crafts, and local products

The heart of the event is the large open-air market that winds along Via Vittorio Veneto and the adjacent squares. Visitors will find a craft market with unique creations, various market stalls, and numerous stands dedicated to typical Tuscan products. There is no shortage of food stands offering traditional local rustic dishes, making the fair a perfect opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of the Pisan territory.

Music, entertainment, and fun for everyone

In addition to the market, the Cenaia Fair offers a program full of entertainment: live music in the squares, entertainment, and activities designed for families and children. Over the years, the event has been enriched with shows, parades, and themed initiatives, always maintaining its popular and welcoming character. Admission is free and open to all.

A tradition of the Pisan territory

The fair is promoted by the municipal administration of Crespina Lorenzana in collaboration with local trade associations, such as Confcommercio and Confesercenti of the province of Pisa, and local organizations committed to event planning. The Cenaia Fair ideally opens the month of September dedicated to the municipality's festivals, which continues with the "Ancient Owl Fair" and other events in the village of Crespina, making this time of year particularly lively for the entire community.
