The initiative, promoted by the Municipality of Carisolo in collaboration with Trentino Marketing and supported by the local Pro Loco, offers a large open-air barbecue designed to highlight the traditional meats and agricultural products of the Trentino region.

Quality grilling rooted in the territory

The heart of the event is a masterfully prepared barbecue by local chefs and industry professionals, in collaboration with the Ballardini butcher shop and other renowned local food producers. The selection of high-quality meats and the care taken in their preparation make this evening a perfect opportunity to discover and appreciate local delicacies in an informal and festive setting. The dishes are paired with regional wines and live music, transforming the square into a vibrant hub of community and celebration.
