From June to October, every weekend from Friday to Sunday, the Palio Contrade and local associations take turns in the kitchen to bring the festival area to life: this autumn event represents the grand finale of that long calendar of popular celebrations.

The signature dish is stringozzo, a rustic, fresh pasta rolled by hand and seasoned with the flavors of the forest. How to get there
Cascine di Buti is located in the province of Pisa, at the foot of Monte Pisano. By car, it is easily reached from the Valdera provincial road or the Florence-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI) highway, taking the Pontedera exit and continuing towards Buti. The sports area is located on Via Eroi dello Spazio. Convenient free parking is available.
Opening hours
The festival area generally opens at 7:00 PM for dinner, remaining open until late evening (around 11:30 PM). Evenings continue with dance music.
