The event is held in the Pro Loco hall, in the heart of Callabiana, a small mountain village in the Province of Biella, Piedmont, nestled between the Mosso and Andorno valleys.
The theme of the evening is spring herbs: watercress, nettles, wild asparagus, and other wild plants that have enriched the local peasant cuisine for generations. The menu offers a complete journey through the region's gastronomic heritage, designed to showcase simple, genuine ingredients.

Callabiana can be reached by car from Biella in about 20-25 minutes, driving up towards the Mosso and Andorno valleys. The Pro Loco is located in Frazione Fusero. We recommend arriving by car, given the mountain setting and limited public transport connections.
