The Sagra della Polenta e del Fungo Porcino celebrates the pairing of polenta with prized porcini mushrooms, served in various preparations: fried, breaded, or in sauce, always with polenta as the base.

A sagra linked to the patronal festival

The event takes place on the occasion of the patronal festival of Our Lady of the Snows, intertwining the religious and gastronomic dimensions. The parish itself organizes the event, which thus becomes a gathering moment for the entire community of Bolzaneto, with stalls managed by volunteers, music, and dancing evenings.

Three days of celebration

The program is spread over three days, with an evening dedicated to young people, dancing evenings with an orchestra, and on Sunday, the Solemn Mass, a community lunch, and even guided tours of the parish bell tower. A varied program that unites different generations around tradition.
