The Petrignano Beer Festival
The Sagra della Birra e dello Stinco Bavarese is one of the most popular sagre (local festivals) of the summer in Petrignano d'Assisi, a hamlet within the Municipality of Assisi (province of Perugia). Organized by the local Pro Loco (tourism association), it combines Umbrian gastronomic tradition with the flavour of Bavarian-style beer festivals.
Pork Knuckle, Craft Beer, and Torte al Testo
The signature dish is the pork knuckle (stinco), served with sauerkraut and fried potatoes, accompanied by craft beers in blonde, red, and dark varieties. There are also torte al testo and other typical Umbrian dishes. The festival also features live music and a dance floor of approximately 500 square meters, where people dance until late at night.

As always, the festival offers live music and a large dance floor.
