The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Sagra della Birra e dello Stinco Bavarese once again brought the atmosphere of beer festivals to Petrignano d'Assisi. The food stands offered pork knuckle with sauerkraut and fried potatoes, torte al testo, and other Umbrian specialties, paired with craft beers in blonde, red, and dark varieties.
The evenings, organized by the Pro Loco of Petrignano in June, were accompanied by live music and dancing on the large floor, fostering an atmosphere of popular celebration and conviviality.
Programme
Structure of the 2025 evenings:
- Food stands with pork knuckle (sauerkraut and potatoes), torte al testo, and typical dishes
