The Sagra del Misultin is the festival that in Dervio, in the Municipality of the Province of Lecco overlooking Lake Como, celebrates one of the most typical products of the Larian tradition. The misultin is the dried agone, lake fish processed and preserved according to ancient methods, a symbol of a fishing culture that has spanned centuries on Lake Como.

Lake cuisine at Parco Boldona

The heart of the festival is the zero-kilometer lake cuisine, hosted in the greenery of Parco Boldona. On the table, misultin with polenta and lake pizzoccheri, alongside other lake specialties. It is a precious opportunity to taste dishes that tell the gastronomic identity of Lake Como, far from the most crowded tourist circuits.

Lucia boats, exhibitions, and markets

The festival is not just about gastronomy: you can take excursions on the typical Lucia boat, the traditional Larian vessel, and visit the exhibition dedicated to fishing on the lake. On weekends, the festival is enlivened by craft and antique markets and live music, in a festive atmosphere that involves the entire village.

Organized by the Pro Loco of Dervio in collaboration with local associations, the Sagra del Misultin is an event that enhances the traditions of the eastern Lario. For visitors, it is an opportunity to discover an authentic side of Lake Como, made of fishing, simple flavors, and village hospitality.
