There is a moment, on the Collio hills, when the sunset light ignites the rows of vines and everything becomes softer. It is at this hour that the Russiz Superiore Night comes to life, one of the most beloved food and wine evenings in Friuli Venezia Giulia, hosted among the panoramic vineyards of the Russiz Superiore estate, in Capriva del Friuli, in the heart of the Gorizia Collio.

Wandering dinner from station to station

The format is that of a wandering dinner: guests stroll freely among the rows, moving from one gastronomic station to another, where they will find appetizers, main courses, and desserts prepared with the authentic flavours of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Each offering is designed to enhance the great white wines of Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore — from Friulano to Ribolla Gialla, from Pinot Bianco to Sauvignon — in a meticulously curated pairing. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available, with a token system for smooth service.

From dinner to the summer lounge

When night falls, from 10:00 PM, the estate's gardens transform into an elegant summer lounge: signature cocktails, mixology experiments, and a DJ set accompany guests until 1:30 AM. This is the most social part of the evening, where the elegance of the dinner gives way to the lightness of the party, always with the Collio as a backdrop. An original and inclusive format, created by the Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore estates, which combines wine, territory, and beauty into a single summer night experience.
