RHS is a B2B fair designed for industry professionals: restaurateurs, pizza chefs, pastry chefs, gelato makers, bartenders, hoteliers, and business owners will find a complete overview of products, equipment, semi-finished goods, furnishings, digital solutions, and services. RHS is a trade fair reserved for industry professionals, and access is granted via professional accreditation. The event is traditionally held between late winter and early spring, spanning four consecutive days, at the SiciliaFiera venue in Misterbianco (Catania).
The 21st edition of RHS - Ristora Hotel Sicilia was held from February 22 to 25, 2026, at the SiciliaFiera venue in Misterbianco, in the province of Catania, closing with over 15,000 visitors and more than a hundred exhibiting brands distributed across the eight areas dedicated to catering, pizzeria, bakery, gelato, pastry, coffee, beverage, and hospitality.
Among the highlights of the training program were the masterclasses by Luca Montersino on viennoiserie, sessions by Giuseppe Amato on coffee and its variations, a presentation by Roberta Caruso, and technical demonstrations by national and Michelin-starred chefs such as Nino Rossi and Riccardo Sculli.
In terms of competitions, the first RHS Burger League reserved for Sicilian burger joints, the pizza chef contest by the Associazione Pizzerie Italiane, the Pizza Mystery Box Trophy, the "Iris: tradition meets innovation" competition, the young butchers' contest, and the seventh edition of the Premio Condorelli for Sicilian pastry all drew large crowds. There was also space for solidarity with the "Mani che Donano" (Hands that Give) project.
By plane: Catania-Fontanarossa Airport is just a few kilometers from the exhibition center.
By car: SiciliaFiera is located at Corso Carlo Marx 19 in Misterbianco, with direct links to the ring road and Sicilian motorways; ample parking is available on-site.
