Revellum De Gustibus is the gourmet walking tour with which the Pro Loco of Revello invites residents and visitors to explore the town's hills, in the heart of the Saluzzo area, in the province of Cuneo. The concept is simple and successful: combining the well-being of a walk with the taste of typical local products, in a spirit of sharing that involves numerous local associations and merchants from Revello.
How the multi-stage walk works
The meeting point is at the covered market wing, which serves as the start and finish line for a "journey" in stages along the trails and narrow roads of the hill. Along the route, participants encounter chapels, oratories, and scenic spots that tell the history of Revello; the path also crosses Via Carrà, the charming historic road that once led to the castle. At each stop, participants find a different course, in a sequence that starts with an aperitif and ends with a good coffee, passing through appetizers, first courses, sorbet, main courses, and desserts.
Revello, the "mountain of Leonardo" and the Po Valley
The event is also an opportunity to discover Revello, a municipality in the province of Cuneo nestled at the foot of Mombracco, the mountain traditionally linked to the name of Leonardo da Vinci, at the entrance to the Po Valley. The village preserves treasures such as the Collegiate Church of the Beata Vergine Assunta and the frescoed Marchional Chapel, and is located just a few kilometers from the Staffarda Abbey: a heritage that provides a natural backdrop for the gourmet walk.

The appointment with Revellum De Gustibus returns to Revello, in the province of Cuneo, on Sunday, October 11, 2026. For this edition as well, the Pro Loco of Revello proposes the proven formula: a gourmet walking tour in stages on the hill, with meeting point, start, and finish at the covered market wing, and a sequence of courses distributed along the route among chapels, oratories, and viewpoints over the Po Valley.
