The formula is that of a taste walk: you walk through the historic lanes and stop at participating venues to sample Ligurian traditional specialties.

The tour offers typical local dishes, in a convivial atmosphere that combines the discovery of the village with tasting. The event, with almost twenty years of history, is organized and coordinated by Pro Loco (local tourism board), Pubblica Assistenza (public assistance organization), and Borgata (local community group), with the aim of promoting food and wine tourism and local identity.

Pansa e Stacca is included among the Authentic Ligurian Events, the brand of the Liguria Region that recognizes events with a strong link to local traditions.
