Oggi 0,0hne — Das erste alkoholfreie Testival Südtirols is, as the German name suggests, the first "testival" entirely dedicated to the world of alcohol-free beverages in South Tyrol. The event takes place in Scena/Schenna, an elegant village on the sunny plateau above Merano, in the province of Bolzano, the heart of the Trentino-Alto Adige region. The name is a clever play on words between Italian and German ("ohne" meaning "without") and between test and festival: it is a place to try, taste, and discover.

Conscious drinking, without compromise

The format stems from a simple idea: conscious drinking is no longer just a trend, but a true culture of taste. At the Vereinshaus Unterwirt in Scena, a selection of national and international producers presents a world of 0.0 alternatives to the public: non-alcoholic spirits, aperitifs, sparkling wines, dealcoholized wines, craft non-alcoholic beers, sparkling teas, and surprising reinterpretations of classic mixology staples. The goal is to show that you can toast, taste, and socialize without alcohol, while maintaining the same richness of aroma and artisanal quality.
