Living Days - Andirivieni Cohousing

A festival on collaborative living in Busca

The Living Days are a free event held annually in June at the Andirivieni cohousing site, located at Viale Padre Angelico da None 4 in Busca, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont. Now in its fourth edition in 2026, the two-day event is organized by the Andirivieni Cohousing association as part of the Linea 91 – Rights to Housing project, an initiative focused on housing issues and the right to a home, supported by the Fondazione CRC and the CSV of Cuneo.

Culture, conviviality, and social reflection

The philosophy behind the event is simple yet profound: to bring public attention to housing and housing insecurity through relaxed, participatory gatherings. Over the years, the program has featured live music, comedy shows, film screenings, workshops, and family activities, always with a focus on community.

Andirivieni, an agricultural cohousing project

Andirivieni is an agricultural cohousing community established in Busca to create opportunities and nurture talent. It is built on four pillars: providing opportunities, respect, sharing, and social, environmental, and economic sustainability. The Living Days represent the moment when the community opens its doors to the public, sharing an experience of collective living that has become a local landmark in Busca.

A project for the local area

The event is the result of a collaboration between numerous local organizations in the Cuneo area: in addition to the Fondazione CRC and the CSV of Cuneo, participants include the University of Turin, Makala – Ultima Voce, the Monviso Solidale Consortium, Caritas Saluzzo, and the Cuneo Socio-Assistance Consortium. The project name, Linea 91, is inspired by the bus line connecting Cuneo to Saluzzo via Busca—a fitting image for a journey made of stops, encounters, and community.
