Taste as a Story of the Territory

Gustoso Festival was born in Savona with a precise idea: to tell the story of the territory through taste, understood as memory, tradition, and quality. Conceived by three young entrepreneurs under 30 (Gabriele Dorati, Aurora Freccero, and Andrea Laiolo) for CNA Savona, the festival takes place in the green setting of Villa Cambiaso, with the support of the municipal administration.

Fifteen Exhibitors and Ligurian Flavors

The protagonists are the fifteen local exhibitors, who offer specialties of the Savona and Ligurian tradition: panissa and farinata, zero-kilometer pesto focaccia, wines, beers, and gin, cured meats, cod, fresh pasta, and artisanal gelato. A food and wine journey designed to enhance the artisanal excellences of the territory.

Not Just Food: Art and Music

In addition to food, the festival features an exhibition by artist Illy Plaka, a floral arrangement with Ligurian plants, cooking shows, workshops, guided tastings by sommeliers and producers, and plenty of live music, from jazz to DJ sets, including karaoke. The first edition also received recognition linked to Made in Italy, a sign of the project's focus on quality.
