The exhibition-market of desserts and dessert wines in the heart of Pietra Ligure
In Pietra Ligure, a lively seaside town in the Province of Savona, Dolcissima Pietra is the grand festival dedicated to desserts and dessert wines. It takes place in September in the historic centre and for over twenty years has attracted gourmands and pastry enthusiasts from all over the Riviera. Funded by the Liguria Region as an Authentic Ligurian Event, it is now an unmissable end-of-summer appointment.
The event offers an exhibition-market of desserts and dessert wines, with stands from pastry chefs and producers. The programme is full of initiatives: tasting workshops, Baby Chef workshops for the little ones, the Meeting della Dolcezza with the Ligurian Chefs Union, the Packaging Corner, and the Dolcissimo Contest, the competition that awards the best pastry creations.
Since 2019, Dolcissima Pietra has been enhanced by the Bellissima cultural review, which complements the gastronomic festival with concerts, theatre performances, book presentations, and conferences. Shop windows are decorated with a theme, contributing to a captivating atmosphere throughout the historic centre. For those who love pastry and want to discover Pietra Ligure at the end of summer, Dolcissima Pietra is an event not to be missed.
For 2026, Dolcissima Pietra is confirmed among the Authentic Ligurian Events funded by the Liguria Region. The event will be held again in September, traditionally on the second weekend, in the historic centre of Pietra Ligure.
The tried-and-tested formula is confirmed: the exhibition-market of desserts and dessert wines, tasting workshops, Baby Chef workshops, the Meeting della Dolcezza with the Ligurian Chefs Union, the Dolcissimo Contest, and the Bellissima cultural review. The precise dates and detailed programme will be released by the organisation closer to the event.
