A night of flavors in the gardens of D'Aragona

Gustosamente Conversano is the food and wine event that celebrates the culinary and viticultural excellence of Puglia in the heart of summer. The festival takes place in the evocative gardens of the D'Aragona Lifestyle Hotel, on Via San Donato, just a short walk from the historic center of Conversano, one of the most charming villages in the so-called Puglia dei Trulli, in the province of Bari.

Launched in 2023, the festival has grown year after year to become one of the most anticipated food & wine events of the Conversano summer. The concept is simple yet successful: bringing together the best Puglian wineries, gourmet street food, and live music in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere that lasts until late at night.

Wine, sommeliers, and local wineries

Wine is the true star of Gustosamente. Tastings are guided by sommeliers from the AIS Puglia Murgia delegation, who lead guests on a journey to discover the region's most iconic labels: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano, and the great reds of the Murgia. Numerous Puglian wineries set up their tasting booths, offering a curated path that showcases the region's rich oenological heritage.

Gourmet street food and tradition

Accompanying the glasses are a selection of local gastronomic specialties: Puglian panzerotti, fried octopus sandwiches, spaghetti all'assassina, grilled caciocavallo cheese on Altamura bread, and much more. It is a sensory journey through the most authentic flavors of Puglian cuisine, designed for those who love good food without the formality.

Music and entertainment

Beyond food and wine, the evening offers live music, DJ sets, street performers, and entertainment for children, making the event perfect for families. The formula blends gastronomy with entertainment, featuring concerts that reinterpret Italian music classics in ska, reggae, and pop styles.

Conversano and the Puglia dei Trulli

Set in a town rich in history—dominated by its Castle and Romanesque Cathedral—Gustosamente is also an opportunity to discover Conversano and its hilly hinterland, amidst olive groves, vineyards, and trulli. An event that tells the story of the food and wine identity of central Puglia and the province of Bari through its typical products and hospitality.
