The Gnocculo Festival is the summer event where Petrosino, a small town in the province of Trapani, celebrates its signature dish: gnocculo, a traditional handmade fresh pasta. Served hot and fragrant, the gnocculo can be enjoyed with your choice of meat or seafood sauce, accompanied by a fine glass of wine and traditional Sicilian pastries.
