The Fried Rabbit Festival is a new gastronomic event held in Marina di Cecina, a seaside hamlet in the municipality of Cecina, in the province of Livorno, in the heart of the Tuscan coast. The event transforms the greenery of Parco I Pini, located on Viale Galliano just a short walk from the seafront, into a large open-air restaurant for four evenings in late June.
