Argentine tango at high altitude
In August, while Italian cities swelter, the Lavarone Plateau becomes the perfect refuge for Argentine tango lovers. Fresca Estate INnTAngo! is the holiday-week that the TangHolidays VacanzeTango association dedicates to fans of this dance, blending training with top-tier instructors and the atmosphere of dance evenings, all at an altitude of 1,170 meters in the heart of the Lavarone municipality, in the Province of Trento (Trentino-Alto Adige).
Eight days of lessons and seven dance evenings
The format, proven in previous editions, includes eight days of lessons and workshops open to all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced dancers looking to refine their technique, musicality, and improvisation. Students are guided by renowned masters of the Argentine tango scene, with thematic seminars spread throughout the week.
The lessons are complemented by seven dance evenings: milongas until late at night, with galas and performances that turn every evening into a special event. It is the perfect opportunity to immediately put into practice what was learned during the day, dancing with course mates and other participants from all over Italy.
Lavarone, the plateau that refreshes the summer
Nestled between the Folgaria and Luserna plateaus, Lavarone is a scattered municipality made up of small hamlets spread among woods, trails, and the famous Lake Lavarone. The altitude, clean air, and landscapes of the Cimbrian Alps provide the ideal backdrop for a holiday that combines the pleasure of dance with that of the summer mountains. Between a lesson and a milonga, there is plenty of time for walks, hikes, and discovering Trentino hospitality.

Fresca Estate INnTAngo! is promoted by TangHolidays VacanzeTango, an amateur sports association active since 2000 and specialized in Argentine tango holidays that combine courses, workshops, shows, and milongas in various Italian locations, from the seaside to the mountains and thermal spas. The 2025 edition took place in Peio; for 2026, the week moves to the Lavarone Plateau.

For 2026, Fresca Estate INnTAngo! chooses Lavarone, in the Province of Trento, as the venue for its Argentine tango week in the mountains. From August 4th to 11th, the holiday-workshop organized by TangHolidays VacanzeTango offers eight days of lessons and seminars for all levels, accompanied by seven dance evenings with galas and performances.
The formula combines training with qualified instructors and the pleasure of evening milongas, in an alpine setting at over 1,100 meters above sea level. The dates are confirmed by the organization; the detailed program — including the names of the instructors, musicalizadores, and the day-by-day schedule — will be announced by the organization in the weeks leading up to the event.
