A celebration of taste and tradition

Fassona Day is more than just a food festival: it is an appointment that weaves the pleasure of dining with reflection on the future of livestock farming and the meat supply chain. The heart of the day is the Fassona lunch, served at the Municipal Sports Center, featuring the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine: hand-cut raw beef, vitello tonnato, baked lasagna, and strawberry-based desserts.

Conferences, shows, and new features

Alongside the dining experience, the event offers a thematic conference at the Palafassona, a space for debate with agri-food experts on the value and future of meat. There is no shortage of entertainment: the Cavalieri della Valtiglione gathering with horseback rides along the trails, high-school equestrian shows, and the Agrishopping area featuring stalls from local producers. Among the most recent additions are the tethered hot air balloon flights "Vola sulla Fassona" (Fly over the Fassona), which allow visitors to admire the Valtiglione landscape from above.
