This happens in Tarvisio with Ein Prosit Summer Edition, the summer iteration of one of the most prestigious food and wine events in the Northeast, organized by the Co.Pro.Tur. consortium of Tarvisiano.

The 2026 edition of Ein Prosit Summer is spread over two weekends in July: from July 10th to 12th and from July 17th to 19th. In the heart of Tarvisiano, surrounded by unspoiled nature and Friulian hospitality, the program offers dinners with top chefs, guided tastings of national and international wines, taste workshops dedicated to the flavors of Friuli Venezia Giulia, and sessions with the best bartenders.
