There is a time, in the height of summer, when the big names of Italian and international gastronomy leave the cities and head up into the Julian Alps. This happens in Tarvisio with Ein Prosit Summer Edition, the summer iteration of one of the most prestigious food and wine events in the Northeast, organised by the Co.Pro.Tur. consortium of Tarvisiano.
Two weekends of excellence
The event unfolds over two weekends in July, designed as two immersive experiences in the heart of Tarvisiano. Unspoiled nature, breathtaking landscapes, and Friulian hospitality provide the backdrop for a programme that focuses on taste, the culture of food and wine, and the connection with the territory.

Tarvisiano to savour
Ein Prosit Summer is also an invitation to experience the region: the Fusine Lakes, Mount Lussari, the Tarvisio Forest, and the trails of Valcanale complete the experience, combining an active holiday, wellness, and food culture in one of Italy's most evocative alpine areas.

The 2026 edition of Ein Prosit Summer is spread over two weekends in July: from July 10th to 12th and from July 17th to 19th. In the heart of Tarvisiano, amidst unspoiled nature and Friulian hospitality, the programme offers dinners with top chefs, guided tastings of national and international wines, taste workshops dedicated to the flavours of Friuli Venezia Giulia, and sessions with the best bartenders.
