This edition has not been confirmed by the organiser to date. We recommend checking before going.
Dolce Termini – Panettone and Sicilian Pastry Festival is a food and wine event that enlivens the center of Termini Imerese, in the Metropolitan City of Palermo, Sicily, just in time for the Christmas season. The festival transforms Corso Umberto e Margherita, in the lower commercial district of Termini, into a vibrant showcase dedicated to high-quality leavened pastries and traditional island sweets.
The heart of the festival lies in the numerous pastry masters' stalls, offering artisanal panettone in a wide variety of flavors: from classic to pistachio, chocolate to wild berries, and creative reinterpretations featuring local Sicilian ingredients and aromas. Alongside these signature leavened cakes, visitors can discover traditional local sweets in a tasting journey designed to showcase the region's confectionery heritage.
Dolce Termini hosts Panettone d'Autore, a competition organized by the creative collective FlexUp that celebrates contemporary Sicilian pastry through tradition, research, and artisanal excellence. The contest pits artisanal panettoni against one another before a panel of experts and the public, culminating in the crowning of the Best Panettone d'Autore of the year and the awarding of the Best Packaging Prize.
With its mix of tastings, talks, pastry displays, and entertainment, Dolce Termini is an event open to all ages that highlights the gastronomic identity of Termini Imerese and Sicily during the sweetest time of the year. Its location along the city's main street also makes it a perfect opportunity to experience the center of Termini Imerese and its local commercial life.
The official dates for the 2026 edition of Dolce Termini – Panettone and Sicilian Pastry Festival have not yet been published. Based on previous editions, the event is expected during the Christmas season along Corso Umberto e Margherita in Termini Imerese. We recommend checking the official website and the festival's social media channels for updated dates, programs, and details.
