A bike ride through the hamlets of Canavese

Di Frazione in Frazione is the cycle-touring event that brings the streets of Rivarolo Canavese to life every year. Located in the Metropolitan City of Turin and the heart of the Canavese area in Piedmont, this initiative, organized by the Pro Loco Rivarolo Canavese APS, invites residents and visitors to rediscover the many hamlets that make up the local territory by bicycle, riding through cultivated fields, ancient churches, and corners of historical and natural interest.

An easy route for all ages

The track covers approximately 12 kilometers with an easy difficulty level, designed to be accessible to everyone: families, children, enthusiasts, and curious visitors alike. The ride is non-competitive; it is a collective bike outing that prioritizes the pleasure of discovery and being together. Along the route, there is a guided tour of the church in the Vesignano hamlet, one of the most evocative stops of the day.

Arrival at Castello Malgrà

The finish line is Parco Dante Meaglia, at the foot of Castello Malgrà, one of the architectural symbols of Rivarolo Canavese and the Canavese region. Here, participants are welcomed with a snack based on typical Canavese products, a convivial moment that concludes the event and rewards the effort of the ride.

Sport, community, and slow tourism

Di Frazione in Frazione was created to promote the appreciation of local hamlets, places of historical and natural interest, and Canavese traditions through a moment of sport, social gathering, and slow tourism. The event is organized by the Pro Loco in collaboration with Fidas ADSP Rivarolo Canavese and the Civil Protection Volunteer Group of Rivarolo Canavese, confirming the strong community and solidarity roots of the initiative.
