The Carbonara & Roman Cuisine Festival is a street food event that brings the best of Roman cuisine to Morbegno (Province of Sondrio), along Via Ambrosetti. For three days, the street transforms into a culinary journey dedicated to the tradition of the Capital, an opportunity to discover Rome's iconic dishes in Valtellina.

The 2026 edition takes place from Friday, May 8th to Sunday, May 10th on Via Ambrosetti in Morbegno. Roman cuisine takes center stage with its most famous dishes, accompanied by beers, wines, cocktails, and live music. Entry is always free and without reservation.

- 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM — Festival opening, Roman street food, and live music with Beppe Spina (guitar and vocals)
Saturday, May 9th
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM — Roman kitchens, street food, and live music with the band PUNTO IT
Sunday, May 10th
- 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM — Final day with traditional Roman dishes
