Gustosando in Valtellina

A journey of taste through the villages

Gustosando in Valtellina is the travelling food and wine tour of Albaredo per San Marco, a municipality in the province of Sondrio on the Valtellina Orobic Alps. The formula is that of a gourmet walk: with a single pass, you can visit the various stops located in cellars, taverns, and corners of the village, on a route that intertwines flavours, landscape, and tradition.

The flavours of the Valli del Bitto

The seven stops offer the best of Valtellina mountain cuisine: taroz, cured meats from the alpine pastures, cheeses such as maschèrpa, polenta with deer civet, artisanal desserts, and coffee to finish. Each tasting is paired with the great Valtellina wines, from Sassella to Nebbiolo, from valley reds to mountain sparkling wines. An itinerary that tells the gastronomic culture of the Valli del Bitto, land of the famous Bitto cheese.

Organised by Albaredo Promotion APS as part of the «Valtellina Borghi di Gusto» circuit, Gustosando is much more than a festival: it is an experience that enhances the village, its cellars, and its taverns, with a shuttle service included in the pass.
