Gustosando in Valtellina

A journey of taste through the villages

Gustosando in Valtellina is the itinerant food and wine tour of Albaredo per San Marco, a municipality in the province of Sondrio in the Valtellina Orobic Alps. The formula is that of a gourmet walk: with a single pass, you visit the various stages scattered among cellars, taverns, and corners of the village, on a route that intertwines flavors, landscape, and tradition.

The flavors of the Bitto Valleys

The seven stages offer the best of Valtellina mountain cuisine: taroz, alpine cured meats, cheeses like maschèrpa, polenta with venison civèt, artisanal desserts, and coffee to finish. Each tasting is paired with the great Valtellina wines, from Sassella to Nebbiolo, from valley reds to mountain sparkling wines. An itinerary that tells the gastronomic culture of the Bitto Valleys, land of the famous Bitto cheese.

Organized by Albaredo Promotion APS as part of the «Valtellina Borghi di Gusto» circuit, Gustosando is much more than a food festival: it is an experience that enhances the village, its cellars, and its taverns, with a shuttle service included in the pass.
